Your Monthly Clouseau-ism (Jan-Feb 2006): Grammatical note: When speaking in an exclamatory context, remember to reverse words' consonants for added dramatic effect, e.g. I submit, Monseuir Ballon, that you arrived home, found Miguel with Maria, and killed him in a rit of fealous jage!.(A Shot in the Dark, 1964).
